Fitness Assessment

$50 per person

Ideal for individuals looking to understand their current physical capabilities.
Includes: 1 hour assessment with a Certified personal trainer.

($50 fee will be deducted from a training package purchased within 1 week)

Cancellation Policy

A 24 hour notice to cancel fitness assessments and personal training sessions is required, or the session will be forfeited. A doctor’s note may be requested.

Shanan St.Louis

Shanan has a passion for motivating clients to live the best quality of their lives that they can. She understands the value of living a life where you can continue to do all the things you love to do. Working in the fitness field her personal training strategies combines her knowledge of the human body with empathy and understanding for her clients. Shanan holds both her personal training and group fitness certifications through BCRPA and continues to expand her knowledge through workshops and lectures.

Shanan loves the outdoors and incorporates many kinds of activities such as biking, hiking, running, swimming into her own fitness routine. She is a scuba diver and always up for adventure at any time!
