At Fairwinds Marina, we take great pride in providing amenities that enhance your boating experience. Our well-maintained docks cater to a range of vessel sizes, offering annual, semi-annual, monthly, and transient moorage options for boats up to 100 feet. We prioritize convenience, with fuel stations equipped with gas and diesel, a kayak launch area, pump-out facilities, electrical services, and Wi-Fi connectivity, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable time on the water.
Our sheltered marina serves as an ideal starting point for venturing to nearby beaches, fishing areas, or as a convenient dock for golf enthusiasts heading to their tee times. And for those seeking relaxation, the marina offers a serene setting to unwind, watch boats sail by, and marvel at the abundant marine life.

Fairwinds Marina Amenities
Boaters will have peace of mind knowing their vessel is moored at our secured docks. You can moor year-round, semi-annually, monthly, or transiently. The full-service, 250-berth Marina can accommodate vessels annually up to 80 feet and seasonally up to 100 feet.
- Electrical Service: Metered 15A, 30A, and 50A shore power available
- Potable Water: Provided at every slip
- Fuel Dock: Premium gasoline and diesel
- Shoreside Accommodation: Each suite features hotel-quality linens, elegant contemporary furnishings, and stunning views.
- Pump-Out Station: Located at the fuel dock, available Mon–Fri, 9:00am–4:00pm
- Boat Launch Ramp: Unlimited access for marina guests. $17.00. Not recommended at low tide.
- Washrooms & Showers: Modern facilities with secure access; showers are complimentary
- Laundry Facilities: Free for guests; detergent available in the marina office
- Garbage & Recycling: Upland disposal for galley waste, organics, and recyclables
- Wi-Fi: Complimentary access for all marina guests
- Security: 24/7 HD video surveillance throughout the marina
- Parking: Available for marina and restaurant guests
- Bicycle Racks: Located in the lower day-use lot
- EV Charging: Four metered electric vehicle charging stations onsite
- Winter Conditions: Snow and ice cleared regularly; water shut-off during freezing temperatures—please fill tanks in advance and wear proper footwear

Transient Moorage
Due to high demand, reservations are required for all transient moorage. We ask that all customers provide proof of $2 million liability insurance and check in at the marina office.
- Rate: $2.25 per foot per day + $10 administrative fee
- Power: 30 and 50 amp shore power
- Water: Potable water available
- VHF Monitoring: Channel 66A
- Caution: A starboard buoy marks shallow rocks—keep to starboard while entering the marina.
