B.C. Junior Championship

Fairwinds Golf Club is proud to be hosting the 2019 BC Junior Boys’ and Junior Girls’ Championships this July. 

The event brings together 150+ of the best Junior golfers in the province for a 72-hole stoke play competition.  Practice rounds will take place on July 1 with the competition beginning July 2.  

Players to represent British Columbia at the 2019 Canadian Junior Championships may be selected, in part, based on performance in this Championship. We are excited to see some potential future golf stars hit our links.

The Driving Range will be very busy during this event and will only be open to the public at certain times during the week to accommodate the large number of Junior players.

Driving Range hours:

July 2nd & 3rdDriving Range open to public at 3pm
July 4th & 5thDriving Range open to public at 10am

The Golf Course will also be closed to the public as follows:

July 2nd – 5thGolf Course Closed to public

The Bar & Grill will be open regular hours during the event. However, it could be very busy from 11am to 3pm on July 2nd and 3rd as all 150+ juniors will be playing. Please plan accordingly.

Mon – Fri11am to 7pm
Sat & Sun11am to 5pm

The event is run by British Columbia Golf. British Columbia Golf is a member-based organization governed by the British Columbia Golf Association (BCGA).
