Tai Chi is as an ancient practice that has been linked to myriad health benefits and can be a positive part of an overall approach to improving wellness. Originating in ancient China, Tai Chi is one of the most effective exercises for both health of mind and body. It can be a meditation as well as an integral exercise for all parts of the body and the mind.  Tai Chi can be many things for different people but all agree that regular practice bring better health and wellness.

Aside from the health benefits, Tai Chi is easy to learn and becomes a way of life for many practitioners. Yet, because of its depth, no one ever knows it all, and thereby lies the fascination and the never-ending challenge of the art.

Our new regular Tai Chi class will run from 9:45 – 10:45am November 9 to 30.
